Listen.

We prioritize listening at all stages of project work.  We situate all people as experts of their own lived experiences and communities, and we center the voices of those most affected by housing policy and design decisions.

Learn.

We learn from and alongside the communities and organizations we work with. Together, we translate research and engagement learnings into equity-focused action. 

Share.

We believe that what knowledge is shared and how it is shared matters. We ground our work in collaborative research methodologies, and share our findings in diverse and inclusive ways.
